Research activities:

1. Experimental investigations on the characteristics of ion and X-ray emissions from 20 kJ Mather-type plasma focus device
2. Thin-film deposition (a-C; H; TiN; TiC; etc) fabricating with low-frequency (60 Hz) plasma enhanced chemical vapour deposition (PECVD)
3. End-loss ion energy analyzers for the Hanbit mirror device (co-work).
