Frontiers of Plasma Physics and Technology

Proceedings on an International Conference held
Bangkok, 5-9 March 2007

The third international conference on the frontiers of plasma Physics and Technology was organized in Bangkok. About 90 delegates from all the continents attended the conference. The forum specially encouraged the young researchers to present their work and exchange ideas with experts. This conference was inter-disciplinary in nature and brought several plasma physicists and technologists to a common platform to discuss the research and applications for future.

One of the main goals of the conference was to bring the young researchers from developing countries to participate in the conference and to have a close interaction with experts from all over the world.

This conference has also initiated some note worthy international collaborations between developing countries and developed countries.

Based on the valuable and critical comments by the experts on the scientific content of the conference, organizers believe their efforts have yielded a big success.

Our sincere thanks are due to all the sponsors for their helpful support.

We once again earnestly thank all the delegates for their contribution for the success of the conference.

We express our heartfelt gratitude to all the authors of the research papers included in this proceeding.

We once again sincerely thank IAEA for all the support provided to us especially in publication and distribution of the conference proceeding on CD-ROM.
