Proceedings of a final research co-ordination meeting, Vienna, 11–14 May 1987. The aims of this programme were to encourage studies on the development of new vaccines, or on a more extensive application of the available vaccines, and to stimulate examination of the immunology, pathogenesis and genetics of host–parasite relationships of veterinary importance in developing countries.
