Research activities:
Interaction of charged particles with matter using the experimental facilities: (a) the 1.6MV tandem Pelletron accelerator, 5SDH-2 and (b) the 5kJ/60ns pulsed ion beam source, ERIDATRON. The research subjects include:

1. Hydrogen-related properties of first wall materials in fusion devices
2. Nuclear fusion in solid material implanted with deuterium
3. Improvement of the accelerator-based material analysis method
4. Ion-beam-induced modification of metals and polymers
5. XUV laser
